Hive Group is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to provide high-level policy, program, and operational support within a federal health agency. This position ensures integration and synchronization of cybersecurity policy, risk management actions, and organizational reporting aligned with DoD governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level policy planning and program support.
- Draft, analyze, and advise on complex policy proposals and strategic documents related to cybersecurity and business operations.
- Represent the DoD in interagency meetings, scorecard reporting, and governance forums.
- Ensure compliance with DoD mandates and assist in resolving policy gaps and implementation challenges.
- Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders, track taskers, and oversee reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting high-level federal policy, program planning, or executive operations.
- Experience working with DoD other military health organizations highly preferred.
- Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity directives, governance structures, and scorecard reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior stakeholders.
