Cost Accounting main responsibility is to ensure the proper valuation of Rockwell Automation's Worldwide Inventory and ensure the accuracy of individual plant manufacturing process transactions by managing activity and initiating corrective action.
Your Responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy of individual plant manufacturing processes:
- track production variances, scrap, cycle counts and material variances
- monitor outstanding work orders and ensure they are accounted

Perform month/quarter/year end activities in SAP:
- monitor closing settlement activities in SAP, settle orders and calculate work in progress
- calculate, analyze in transit and other inventory reserves
- inventory accounts reconciliation, review the accounts followed by corrective actions

Participate in the annual cost roll process:
- coordinate, analyze, assist with key inputs into cost roll
- resolve annual cost roll errors
- analyze year over year standard cost changes and the impact on the revaluation of inventory

Conduct physical inventory audits, verify the procedures and analyze the results

Participate in SAP go-lives and data validation
The Essentials - You Will Have:

Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting
-
Minimum 4 years experience in finance or accounting, controlling
-
Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
-
Polish and English B2
-
Knowledge of Power BI will be an asset
