Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for content that drives results?

At Payoneer, we’re looking for a talented Senior Content Writer/Copywriter to join our team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting our brand’s voice and creating engaging content that captivates and converts. You’ll work on blog posts, campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives while collaborating with various teams to ensure our messaging is spot-on.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Develop and execute impactful, end-to-end content creation aligned with Payoneer's business goals, crafting stories that resonate with our global audience.
  • Be part of driving our blog strategy from ideation through writing, editing, and optimization, ensuring every post meets business objectives and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content for product launches, go-to-market strategies, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
  • Create high-quality content across formats, including blog posts, emails, video scripts, sales decks, and case studies, catering to all stages of the customer journey.
  • Analyze content performance and conduct A/B testing to refine your approach, using data-driven insights to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Set clear goals and metrics for content quality, audience growth, and engagement, measuring impact and continuously improving.
  • Partner with our design team to ensure synergy between copy and visuals, delivering a cohesive and on-brand experience.
  • Work with product marketing to understand the customer journey and develop impactful content for different buying stages.
  • Gain a deep understanding of user behaviors across customer segments and markets, optimizing messaging to boost engagement and conversion rates.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

  • 6+ years of experience in Content Strategy or Creation with a proven track record of impactful content delivery.
  • Strong integrated marketing knowledge with an understanding of customer journeys and building engagement through content.
  • Native English skills; knowledge of another language is a bonus!
  • Commitment to high standards and integrity, always prioritizing quality.
  • Creative judgment and an eye for detail, with a knack for compelling storytelling.
  • Global experience working across cultures and time zones, adapting content for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and ready to tackle change head-on.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey objectives and guide teams to successful outcomes.
  • Superior project management and organizational skills, never missing a deadline.
  • Data-driven, linking business results to content strategy and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Passionate about understanding customer needs and telling their stories.

  

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Understanding of the payments industry and its global evolution.
  • Experience with small businesses and their unique challenges.
  • Familiarity with content management in publicly traded or regulated companies.
