Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

In this role, you will support strategies for how we use products and brands throughout the content marketing ecosystem to increase customer relevance and deepen retailer connection.

What You’ll Do

  • Contributes product priorities to briefs that guide creative and marketing teams on cross-channel marketing executions

  • Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights that inform and drive product and marketing strategies.

  • Collect priorities from key stakeholders (merch, promo, brand, etc.) to create compelling product marketing stories, category-specific events and tactics

  • Drives competitive intelligence and consolidates relevant insights from product trend tools and external sources

  • Provide guidance for cross-functional teams to make decisions about value, product and experience within monthly stories

  • Partner across marketing and merchandising to ensure accurate information sharing and guidance on marketing decisions

  • Capable of independently representing monthly story strategy to solicit collection of strongest product priorities from key stakeholders 

  • Work with key brand vendor partners as needed

  • Owns quarterly category product marketing hindsight

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • 2+ years Marketing Strategy or related experience

  • Passion for marketing with some previous educational focus or experience in marketing organization preferred

  • Brings an analytical mindset and is able to quickly translate customer data into actionable insights

  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment

  • Strong professional presence with ability to tailor communication based upon audience (cross-functional partners and senior level execs)

  • Strong organizational skill and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
