As a Senior Consumer Sales Manager, you will be part of a team that is driving innovation and redefining the future of technology. This role is uniquely positioned for you to bring to bear your proven sales prowess and strategic vision to impact our consumer market. What you'll be doing:

  • Successfully implement sales strategies to expand NVIDIA's consumer market share.

  • Lead and mentor a team of ambitious sales professionals, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators to flawlessly implement sales plans. Focusing on System Desktop and RTX AI PC.

  • Analyze market trends and determine opportunities for growth to compete at the highest level.

  • Work with PC OEM / industry partners, distributers, resellers and retail/Etail partners by aligned with our strategy to increase GeForce revenue/unit growth.

  • Deliver product training and event for demand generation and expansion of GEFORCE knowledgeable partners and end-users.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of sales initiatives with NVIDIA's overall strategy.

What we need to see:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

  • At least 7 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and encourage a diverse team.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • A passion for technology and the drive to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Successful experiences by working with large format retail/Etail and PC OEM partners.
