You will:
- Effectively interact with our team and clients to define business strategies for digital transformation and change management;
- Develop business cases to justify technology investments;
- Prepare concepts for digital product implementation;
- Deliver suggestions and solutions to drive the digital development of the Lithuanian public sector;
- Analyze and optimize IT systems, activity processes and process drawing according to BPMN / UML and similar methodology;
- Gather, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements;
- Identify gaps, align solutions with objectives, and develop recommendations on how to fill gaps in existing digital products;
- Create concepts (backlog) of how the desired functionality of the product should work;
- Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions;
- Create valid methods for data analysis;
- Prepare proposals for automating operational processes with the help of an information system;
- Analyze inter-system integrations, specifications, and create interface process diagrams;
- Prepare various analysis reports, providing conclusions;
- Analyze various scientific sources, and legal acts in order to understand the compliance of IT systems;
- Conduct PMO activities and collaborate with stakeholders during implementation projects;
- Convert your findings into reports and present them to our clients and the team;
- Coach more junior colleagues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, IT systems, finance, or a related field;
- 2+ years of working experience, preferably in the related niche;
- Strong communication and analysis skills;
- Experience in BPMN, process mapping, and / or business analysis;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Ability to collect, analyze, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions;
- Ability to communicate ideas fluently in writing and orally;
- Logical thinking;
- Familiarity with desk research, interviews, and data analysis;
- Orientation to the client and to the result, organization, creativity and initiative;
- Constant desire to learn;
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
- Advanced Lithuanian and English skills, both verbal and written;
- Experience with public sector organizations would be considered an advantage;
- Experience with the system development process cycle would be considered an advantage.
