Your future team:

You will join a newly founded Business Process team responsible for enabling and guiding business process owners in Group functions in defining future processes. The team will have pivotal role in the transformation to a new ERP system and related satellite systems.

What you will be doing: 

As a Senior Consultant, Business Processes, you will identify key areas of improvements and document these to foster alignment across teams, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Your ability to analyze data and identify inefficiencies and present the result to key stakeholders, should contribute to optimized operations and deliver measurable results. You will also help building a culture of strong collaboration and continuous improvement, supporting long-term success by engaging stakeholders and ensuring that process changes are embraced organization-wide.

The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, facilitation, interviewing and active listening, ensuring that key input for the future processes in ROCKWOOL is captured. This involves working closely with Group Functions, e.g. Business Process Owners, OPCO’s, and other stakeholders at all levels in ROCKWOOL.

In this role, you will help shape ROCKWOOL’s future global Operating Model by working closely with stakeholders at all levels to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable insights and standards. Your work will support the successful adoption of optimized ways of working and ensure alignment with our IT Strategy and target architecture.

More specifically, you will:

- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to map, analyze, and identify improvement potential in the current business processes

- Serve as a bridge between business and IT, collaborating with our Business Group Functions to align processes with technology and governance

- Actively listen to stakeholder feedback and incorporate their input into process improvement plans

- Translate business needs into clear process documentation, workflows, and requirements:

  • Together with Business Process Owners ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in through clear and effective communication
  • Together with Business Process Owners support change management initiatives by coaching teams and providing training on new processes
  • Together with Business Process Owners identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains

What you bring:  

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and have developed strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across functions. Your ability to think strategically and drive change will help you prioritize tasks and thrive in a project-based, collaborative environment. Additionally, you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, or a related field
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbale as well as in writing, like PowerPoint. T able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of personally leading and driving work as a consultant, like facilitating workshops, capturing improvement areas and achieving consensus among multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational or complex organization
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, ORBUS Infinity, Bizzdesign Horizzon, Signavio) and other business process frameworks
  • Familiarity with ERP and enterprise systems is a plus
  • An analytical mindset and structured approach to process improvement
  • The ability to adapt to change and work in agile environments
  • Ideally has a background from a consultancy company working as a consultant
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBPP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP) are a plus
