The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is a critical role within the Commercial Operations team. Specifically, this role covers a range of sale operations elements including, but not limited to: developing and driving sales processes across the front-end teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of data in SFDC; analyzing sales funnel data to identify trends and propose corrective actions; liaise with key partner functions such as Finance, to elevate accuracy of forecast details and to help define and deploy optimal growth-oriented quotas/territories working with the regional Commercial VPs; collaborating with Commercial Business Systems colleagues to ensure that front-end team needs relative to system data and efficient workflow are identified and transferred into SFDC development plans; collaborate with Sales Enablement colleagues to ensure that training modules are optimized and deployed for the front-end teams; collaborate with CRMa experts in Commercial Business Systems to drive deployment of SFDC dashboards built for regional sales management and the sales reps to ensure that we are getting maximum benefit from live data to drive growth.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document the Sales teams’ needs for CRM (Salesforce) enhancements.

Assist Finance/Sales in the design, analysis, and optimization of sales territory coverage

Assist Finance/Sales in the design, analysis, and optimization of associated Sales compensation plans to drive performance and align with business objectives.

Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement incentive programs that motivate and reward sales.

Provide support during the planning and execution of sales forecasting, budgeting, and quota-setting processes.
-
Utilize advanced analytics to provide actionable insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities.

Design, implement, and maintain sales dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and refine sales metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline sales systems and processes.

Participate in the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance sales and marketing analytics capabilities.

Minimum Requirements
-
Experience with Artificial Intelligence deployment in tandem with SFDC and Commercial Ops is a bonus
-
Lean/Six Sigma experience (ideally with A3 root cause corrective action skills)

Experience deploying, and maximizing use/value of standard work and best-practices related to Sales Operations in other companies with a mix of products and services
-
Experience as a commercial operations analyst with a focus on analytics related to compensation plans, territory alignment, pipeline and funnel content and trends.

For our internal customers: strong customer service skills, a bias for action, taking ownership of meeting customer needs, demonstrating a commitment to sharpening skills, using positive communication.
