The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an exceptionally motivated and highly detail oriented Business Operations Analyst to support management and execution a program’s portfolio of contracts. Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to varying team environments and able to work effectively with geographically dispersed stakeholders of different backgrounds, priorities, and operating cultures. A willingness to dive into and take ownership of tasks outside of comfort zones is imperative.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work closely with the CACI Program Team to coordinate program execution across a wide array of individual projects and teams. You will support various tasks, unique and recurring in nature, such as:

Tracking and analyzing deliverable workflows and travel expenditures

Review deliverables from project teams

Identify areas of inefficiency and propose new processes and workflows to streamline operations

Research and analyze government contracting policies to establish processes to ensure conformance

Assist in researching and preparing responses to government sponsor and stakeholder data calls

Proactively recommend and follow-through on actions based upon project status

Regular interfacing with project teams to shepherd projects and deliverables through their required workflows in order to maintain the necessary operating cadence and throughput
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 5 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree

3 – 7 years of experience creating and executing workflows
-
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Experience in writing and editing professional or technical documentation
-
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
Desired:

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance

Experience in supporting government contracts

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
