Job Description
Support and maintain contact center technologies with focus on Verint, Context Store, Five9, and cloud integrations. Handle PHI (Protected Health Information) data and provide critical system support during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Verint, Context Store, and AWS Verint Cloud systems
- Manage Five9 Omni-channel platforms (email, SMS, Chat)
- Handle PHI data in compliance with company policies
- Perform health checks and system monitoring
- Manage L2 ServiceNow tickets
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
- Support critical enrollment periods (Oct-Jan)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years’ experience in contact center technologies
- 3+ years Verint/Five9 platform experience
- Strong cloud platform knowledge (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with PHI data handling
- ServiceNow ticket management expertise
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Industry certifications in Verint/Five9 preferred
