Job Description
- Take ownership of the end-to-end process for assigned campaigns, including conceptualisation, planning, and execution, with a high degree of independence and resourcefulness.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of campaign initiatives.
- Manage campaign briefs to coordinate the creation, alignment, and quality assurance of campaign assets.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and proactively recommend strategies to optimize campaign outcomes and improve internal processes.
- Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports, providing actionable insights to inform future campaigns.
- Oversee and coordinate all campaign-related activities to ensure smooth operations and seamless execution.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a Marketing role (experience in campaign management department is highly preferred).
- Good project management skills, able to cascade task and manage timelines to drive timely deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Detailed oriented, and self-motivated personnels.
- Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
- Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize results.
