We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead our staffing leasing activities in the Swiss market. In this role, you will focus on delivering a range of solutions, including Direct Hire, Exclusive Search, Temporary Work, Contracting, BPO, and RPO.
 

How you will make a difference: 
 

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients with staffing needs across Switzerland and internationally, with a focus on IT, Engineering, and Finance sectors.
  • Develop, track, and negotiate client proposals in close collaboration with the Market Leader.
  • Propose innovative staffing solutions and pricing models tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Lead a recruitment team while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Represent Safeguard Global by actively participating in networking events to expand your professional network and enhance our brand presence.
  • Continuously innovate and generate new business ideas and proposals to further develop your portfolio.

What will make you stand out: 

  • Demonstrated success in selling staffing solutions within the Swiss market.
  • Native German/Swiss-German speaker with fluent English; French language skills are a valuable asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of staffing solutions, including Direct Hire, Exclusive Search, Temporary Work, Contracting, and outsourcing services such as BPO and RPO.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a background in team management, recruitment, interviewing, coaching, and training.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive and innovative approach to business development.
  • Highly goal-oriented and ambitious, with a relentless drive for success.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with experience in cold calling, client visits, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to establish yourself as an industry expert.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and maintain a strong sense of self-awareness.
  • A passion for technology and a strong affinity for embracing new tools and trends.
