Our Partner Management team in the DACH region plays a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy. We aim to make Celonis an integral part of every consultant’s toolkit, enabling our clients to maximize value through our innovative technology and a robust partner ecosystem.

The development of our partner ecosystem in the DACH market is critical as our partners and customers increasingly invest in Celonis solutions. With the continued growth of our Swiss team, we are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead the development of our partner strategy and manage regional partnerships (Big 4, Global SIs, and Regional SIs) as our first on-the-ground representative in Switzerland.

The Role:
As the Senior Partner Manager for Switzerland, you will report to the Head of Partner Management D/A/CH and hold primary responsibility for driving revenue growth with Swiss focus partners. Your role involves aligning closely with the local Celonis team to enhance and expand strategic partnerships. Key objectives include managing joint sales engagements, broadening the partnerships across new service lines and industry verticals, and building a comprehensive business plan for Switzerland. This plan will encompass target verticals, solutions, revenue goals, enablement initiatives, joint lead generation, and actionable strategies. Collaboration with Partners and the regional sales organization will be essential for achieving joint objectives.

The work you’ll do:

  • Support partners in go-to-market activities such as business planning, pipeline development, QBRs, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for the Swiss market to achieve co-sell, influence, and direct revenue targets.
  • Foster relationships across various functional areas with Partners to ensure the successful execution of partner business plans.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement activities in collaboration with relevant Celonis departments.
  • Expand partnerships into new strategic areas, including service lines and industry verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across organizations.
  • Organize and lead partner community events.
  • Effectively communicate the Celonis partnership value proposition at all levels, including C-Level.
  • Ensure alignment among all stakeholders for joint account pursuits.


The Qualifications you need:

  • Understanding how to manage Partnerships between SaaS Companies and major consulting firms or system integrators: resulting from  5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development – ideally with Big 4 firms, global or regional system integrators (SIs), or SaaS providers.
  • Relationship Skills: Proven ability to engage and excite stakeholders at all levels, including C-Level.
  • Strategic & Operational Execution: Demonstrated ability to craft holistic strategies and deliver operational excellence to grow partnerships.
  • Sales Mindset: Results-driven with a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Education: Background in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems preferred.
  • Network: Established relationships within consulting and SI organizations in Switzerland are a strong advantage.
  • Communication: Fluency in German and English (verbal and written).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% within D/A/CH and globally.
