What will you be brining to the team?
Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! For the Senior Business Consultant position we expect you to:
- Meet with clients to determine requirements.
- Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients’ needs.
- Analyze and document the clients’ requirements in a comprehensive way in order to provide solution that fulfills their needs.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and other stakeholders to make sure that requirements are clarified and well documented. Ensure that all parties share the same view.
- Communicate with all involved parties in order to identify, monitor and resolve dependencies.
- Oversee the project progress.
- Ensure high product quality.
- Provide continuous support on software solutions.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology from a Greek or foreign institute
- At least five years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in banking's payment solutions
- In-depth knowledge of local and international payment systems (SEPA, SEPA Inst, Target2, SWIFT, etc.)
- Excellent business know how of payments
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications
- Outstanding communications skills, with strong customer service orientation
- Career motivation and a willingness to continue to further knowledge and skills
- Technical knowledge and experience will be a plus
