Job Role/Team Details:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our team is dedicated to developing and maintaining a statutory reporting application that assists users in filing their financial statements in compliance with local laws and regulations. This application is crucial for ensuring that our clients meet their legal reporting requirements accurately and efficiently.
About the Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the needs of its users. In addition to these standard business analysis tasks, you will be expected to bring your expertise in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language), inline XBRL, and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) reporting to the table. You will ensure that our application supports accurate and compliant financial reporting, leveraging your knowledge to guide the development and enhancement of our reporting features.
About You:
We are seeking a candidate with 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on XBRL and SEC reporting. You should have a deep understanding of XBRL standards and be proficient in using inline XBRL for financial reporting. Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable tasks. We are looking for someone who is passionate about financial reporting and has the drive to make a significant impact in this field. Your enthusiasm and dedication to excellence will be key to your success in this role.
