About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our Payments and Collections Management (PacMan) transformation team. In this role, you will play a critical part in reshaping systems and processes, focusing on improving Payments, Payment Arrangement and Affordability solutions.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Payments & Affordability squad. You will be working closely with the Product Owner, Functional Architect’s and delivery partners to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements with the goal of deploying & embedding modern SaaS platforms into the AGL Customer Markets architecture.
What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be facilitating collaboration with stakeholders to drive the definition of objectives & requirements, influencing where appropriate to ensure best practice.

Decomposing features into epics and stories (utilising I.N.V.E.S.T. best practices).
-
Documenting detailed requirements with supporting acceptance and testing criteria scenarios.
-
Facilitating agile estimation, prioritisation, and planning workshops, identifying and managing inter-team, inter-platform, and other external dependencies.

Defining and champion the quality & governance standards across the delivery framework & internal team artefacts/processes.

Fostering a high-performance culture by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
