What You Will Do:
- Understand the requirements from product owners and coordinate with the developers
- Create, edit, and manage Jira tickets, ensuring they are clear and prioritized for development efficiency
- Need to play Scrum Master and BA role for small projects.
- Assist with and contribute to technical documentation that outlines backend systems and infrastructure processes
- Collaborate with Technical Product Analysts and Product Managers to derive data insights and improve developer experience
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience in BA and 1 year as Scrum Master
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams
- Keen attention to detail with excellent written communication skills
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure environments
- Basic understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
