About The Role

Fever offers a unique and highly commercial proposition for brands, enabling them to connect with engaged audiences through one-of-a-kind experiences and its global media platforms across the Secret Media Network.  As a result, we’ve partnered with Fortune 500 brands across multiple industries —and we’re looking for a highly-motivated sales professional to be part of a growing team to drive impact on our US business.

We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join our New York team. This role is ideal for a sales hunter who thrives on building new business, closing deals, and growing key accounts. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, pitching Fever’s solutions, and securing high-value brand partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new brand partnerships across your designated patch (both agency and direct clients).
  • Prospect, including the ability to qualify and close new business 
  • Generate a consistent high volume of RFPs on a weekly/monthly basis 
  • Own the sales process—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing client relationships.
  • Build relationships with key clients while supporting the wider Brand Partnerships team.
  • Pull internal resources together to come up with winning responses and execute successful campaigns.
  • Achieve meeting goals
  • Organize client entertainment to build and strengthen relationships
  • Strategically and creatively build a strong long-term sales pipeline to ensure continued growth.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously work with internal departments to enhance and push Fever’s Brand Partnerships offering forward.
  • Identify and understand trends within entertainment, experiences, and media, and translate these into solution-oriented ideas to clients

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of media experience in a sales-driven role, ideally in publisher sales, or brand partnerships.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills independently run client meetings
  • Strong writing skills to deliver effective e-mails and craft presentations 
  • Strong Sales EQ 
  • Ability to build and foster strong client relationships that lead to long-term business opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively,
  • Strong negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing skills.
  • An entrepreneurial, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to sales.
  • A strong list of direct client and/or agency contacts, across media agencies (Publicis, Mindshare, Havas…) 
  • An entrepreneurial team-player who is willing to collaborate and create new opportunities both internally and externally
