Do you have a strong interest and background in FMCG? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are now seeking a talented and driven Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. 

 

About this role 

As the Senior Brand Manager for our brand Lotus, you will play a key role as you are responsible for innovation, product assortment, marketing communication and media within consumer tissue. You have the overall responsibility for the brand within our region, developing the strategies and plans, in line with global guidelines and marketing priorities.  

You belong to the Region North Consumer Marketing Team with responsibility for the Nordic and Baltic countries. The position sits within the Consumer Goods Business Unit, which includes the categories of Incontinence Care, Baby Care, Feminine Care and Consumer Tissue.  

You will be working together with many other parts of the organization, like global marketing and innovation, product assortment and development, customer marketing and sales.  

You will have one direct report, responsible for the Zewa brand in the Baltics. 

This is a permanent position located in Espoo where you report to the Marketing Director, who is located in Sweden. Some travelling is expected in this role.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement regional and local business plans  

  • Suggest, drive and follow-up product launches and upgrades 

  • Develop and manage marketing activities 

  • Adapt and optimize communication toolkits, develop POS guidelines and masters, create social media plans and keep websites updated 

  • Propose and manage optimal assortment.  

  • Plan and optimize media 

  • Manage A&P budget, including approval processes and invoice monitoring. 

  • Manage one direct report 

  • Collect consumer, brand and product insights 

  • Analyze financial reports and define action plans 

  • Identify opportunities to develop the P&L for your brands 

  • Analyze market and brand performance and recommend corrective actions based on consumer/customer expectations. 

  • Proactively suggest new initiatives and contribute to category growth. 

 

Who You Are 

We are looking for a proactive Senior Brand Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably from FMCG 

  • You have experience in brand management, communication development and media.   

  • You have a commercial interest and understanding as well as analytical skills.  

  • You have a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar. 

  • Leadership experience is an advantage. 

 

To be successful in this role, you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are result-driven, well-organized and solution oriented. And fluent in Finnish and English.
