As a Senior Brand Activation Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of brand activation initiatives and campaigns. You will work closely with the Brand Activation Manager and cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and engage consumers. Your role is to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that effectively promote and activate our brand across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating both BTL & ATL (for alignment) (TTL) activities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Your role will involve coordination, project management, and ensuring the successful implementation of brand activations activities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles; 
  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
  • Is proficient in English, both speaking and writing;
  • Has Driving license, B;
  • Proves excellent communication skills;
  • Has relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or events; 
  • Proves strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Has a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy and excellent project management skills;
  • Is familiar with various BTL marketing channels, including events, promotions, sponsorships, and PR activities;
  • Has the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapts to changing priorities;
  • Has a creative mindset and can think outside the box to develop innovative activation ideas;
  • Is a team player, self-motivated and with a proactive approach to work.

What you'll be doing 

  • Brand activation execution: Assist in the execution of brand activations strategy and campaigns in the non-sports worls, including experiential marketing events, product activations, trade shows, sponsorships, promotions, and other non-traditional marketing initiatives. Ensure that activations are implemented according to the defined strategies and brand guidelines;
  • Vendor and agency coordination: Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure the timely and successful execution. Coordinate with these partners to obtain necessary materials, permits, and resources for campaign activities;
  • On-site coordination: Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of on-site BTL and production activities, such as events and activations. Ensure that all necessary arrangements, such as venue setup and signage placement are properly organized and executed;
  • Creative & production: Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign KV direction. Ensure that all materials are aligned with the campaign objectives and brand guidelines;
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to brand activations. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, consumer feedback, and other relevant data. Contribute to the evaluation of campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements for future initiatives;
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, operations and creative, to ensure effective coordination and implementation of brand activations activities. Foster clear communication, alignment, and collaboration across teams to achieve campaign goals;
  • Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring campaign expenses and tracking budget utilization. Contribute to maintaining financial records and providing updates on budget status. Ensure that campaign activities are conducted within the allocated budget limits;
  • Market Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in BTL marketing. Assist in conducting market research and consumer insights analysis to support the development of targeted BTL strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness;
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Brand Activation Manager and the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentations, contracts and maintaining campaign documentation.
