As the Sr. BI Analyst, you'll enhance operational efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making in healthcare revenue cycle management. Your role involves leveraging data analytics to improve financial performance, streamline operations, and boost stakeholder satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and stakeholders, requiring a deep understanding of their data. Your responsibilities cover all four pillars of analytics: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive.
Here’s what you will experience working as a Sr. BI Analyst:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to interpret their requirements and develop innovative tools and analytics that drive impactful business results. Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
- Operational Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques on both structured and unstructured data to identify the root causes of operational issues. Provide data-driven insights that lead to actionable solutions and improvements.
- Strategic Recommendations: Synthesize comprehensive recommendations for leadership, backed by empirical evidence, to drive measurable improvements in operational performance and strategic outcomes.
- Product and Process Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the portfolio’s products, processes, technology, and data. Use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and optimize business operations.
- Effective Communication: Articulate complex concepts, including the what, why, and how, to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Development Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of production releases. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications for seamless implementation.
- Technical Proficiency: Leverage programming languages such as Python or R for sophisticated data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation of data workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Dynamics: Demonstrate a self-driven, positive attitude while collaborating with and supporting fellow BI team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Continuous Learning: Exhibit critical thinking and a proactive approach to learning. Ask insightful questions and seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
Required Skills:
- Ideally 2 - 5 years’ experience in an analytics-related role managing the development of business intelligence, data models, and reporting tools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and R.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Kanban or Sprints.
- Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; ability to respond quickly to rapidly evolving opportunities and priorities.
- Prior exposure to and experience with business leaders and users in such diverse business functions as operations, product, business strategy, finance, and data science.
- Uncompromising attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving, with good data intuition (i.e., an ability to look at analytical results and assess their reasonableness).

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $59,282.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
