PaveNow is part of a private investment group with investors from both New York and Singapore - possessing diversified business portfolios and leading enterprises with at least 30 years of operational experience. Total revenues exceed $3.5 billion and the group also owns a commercial bank in Central Eastern Europe, tasked with expanding its investments in the fintech & neo-banking sector. PaveNow is a small company but they’re financially stable and ready to grow.


Currently, they are looking for more teammates who join the team for a full-time (in hybrid mode) in Warsaw!


What can be also important for you, PaveNow has a mission to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Poland and Central/Eastern Europe because financial management can be a significant hurdle for small businesses, often leading to their stagnation or closure. The company's goal is to develop a user-friendly platform with exceptional UX/UI, making financial tasks less cumbersome and faster. PaveNow wants to minimize manual work for their clients and equip SMEs with analytics to support smarter decision-making. Their idea also aims to support companies in finding financing, such as easy access to loans. 


This position involves a significant learning curve and the potential for substantial professional development. For compensation, we are currently offering ESOPs. Financial bonuses will be introduced as we begin generating substantial revenue and will be tied directly to revenue and profit milestones. We are on the brink of launching our product in our first market, so the immediate focus will be on defining and optimizing acquisition processes, in collaboration with the sales and development teams.

💰Salary and type of contract: 15-25 k net PLN on B2B

🌴Holiday: local arrangements - 20/26 paid days off

🖥️Equipment: it depends on you (can be MacBooks if you want)

Working hours: flexible in CE(S)T timezone

🏢Working mode: hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week)

📍Office location: CIC Warsaw - Varso Place, Chmielna 73, 00-801, Warsaw, Poland

🇬🇧 Speaking language: mostly English as PaveNow is an international company, but it’s also important to know Polish

Your tasks:

  • Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to introduce and establish our new SaaS product in the Poland and CEE markets.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and expand relationships with SMEs and relevant businesses (such as accounting firms or other sectors serving SMEs), understanding their needs to better serve them with our solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies, particularly focusing on active sales of IT platforms targeting SMEs, regardless of the industry sector (financial technology, IT solutions, etc.).
  • Product Advocacy: Serve as a key spokesperson for our SaaS products at industry events, seminars, and networking gatherings.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the product development team to relay client feedback and influence future product enhancements.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring robust adoption of the product within the first year of launch.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on selling IT solutions or platforms for SMEs (not necessarily in fintech – experience in software sales across industries such as IT, digital solutions, or software for business management is also relevant).
  • Profound understanding of the sales cycle, including prospecting, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Ability to lead and execute sales strategies, with proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Polish, essential for effective collaboration with teams and clients in Poland and across Central/Eastern Europe.
  • A strategic mindset, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Full offer for you:

  • Long-term cooperation on B2B or CoE contract with the salary range from 15.000 - 25.000 PLN per month.
  • Bonus + Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) - allocated over 4 years with a 1 year cliff, which means you get the first 25% of the total assigned ESOPs after completing your 1st year, and then 25% each year will be allocated (vested) to you at the end of each quarter (so you can actually buy a part of the company).
  • Up to 26 paid time off (even on B2B),working flexible in CE(S)T timezone.
  • Possibility to work on MacBook (or different equipment as you wish!).
