Adree is looking for a Senior Automation Tester to join our innovative Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in automation testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation test cases, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify any issues prior to product releases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using tools such as Selenium and Appium.
- Analyze application specifications and design test cases that will cover all aspects of the software.
- Work with the development team to understand architecture and assist in test design.
- Execute automated test cases and analyze test results; report defects and work with the team for timely resolution.
- Enhance and improve existing test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Maintain a high level of documentation, including test plans, test cases, and results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automation testing.
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium and Appium.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience in designing test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) is a plus.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
