Responsibilities / Tasks
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
- Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools
- Create process and end-user documentation.
- Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Training the users on integrating RPA into their processes.
- Develop solutions for automation and digitization of key processes and process data
- Co-ordinate with SAP, AX 6 and BI, AI teams for automation of various processes.
- Create process and end-user documentation, training manuals, solution design document, process design document.
- Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Provide production support to the business during month end and year end closing and reporting
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize the automation and digitization initiatives.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliant processes.
- Implement automation quality standards, architecture and cognitive automation strategy
- Collaborate and support AI and Digital teams for implementing integrated solutions.
- Develop and implement cognitive automation and hyper automation solutions leveraging AI and RPA.
- Drive integrated automation strategy for cross functional processes.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent In Engineering / Business with experience in Automation, Computer Science, Business Process Management.
- Experience in implementing process automation solutions
- Experience in designing automation structure
- Practical knowledge and experience with implementing solutions with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, .Net etc.,
- Strong background in implementing integrated automation solutions using Python, Jave. Net, RPA Tools.
- Strong Communications skills in English
- Strong Process mindset and automation technical skills
- Collaboration & Change Management skills
- Project Management skills
- Ability to work with culturally diverse teams across different geographies.
