As the Associate – Px Operations you will be responsible for handling employee grievances, managing medical insurance processes, and ensuring smooth HR operations . Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is essential for this role.

A Day in the Life
• Manage pre- and post-onboarding formalities for new hires.
• Maintain and organize employees' personal files and documentation.
• Administer onboarding processes in SuccessFactors.
• Validate and maintain accurate data in the HRMIS Google Sheet and SuccessFactors.
• Contribute to People Experience projects, including system upgrades, enhancements,
testing, and data validation.
• Handle sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively with Px Team and cross-functional teams.
• Employees Query Management.
What you need
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in business management, human
resources, or related field, or a combination of relevant work experience and education
preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of HRIS and HRSS experience
• Experience with multiple HRIS or HCM systems including ATS, Performance
Management, LMS, and payroll modules to manage employee and company-sensitive
information.
• Highly responsive to customer needs.
• Good understanding of HR processes, policies, IT security, and controls.
• Strong problem-solving & project management skills.
• Expert in Excel/Google Sheet.
• Able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and
priorities.
• Able to work collaboratively and effectively with other staff, employees, and
supervisors.
• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Must have a sense of urgency in both action and communication.
