• They have a sound understanding of CI/CD processes, agile development.
• They possess deep understanding of programming fundamentals and can learn new frameworks, languages and tools as required on projects.

ROLE SUMMARY

Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in developing scalable application frameworks using Python, Java, and other modern languages. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, API design and development, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and end-to-end application implementation and testing. This role requires technical excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive large-scale development projects while ensuring best practices are followed throughout the software development process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and modular application frameworks in Python, Java, and other programming languages as required.
• Lead the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Drive the API development lifecycle, including API design, implementation, and integration with front-end and third-party services.
• Implement and oversee Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices in collaboration with QA and product teams.
• Own the complete SDLC process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and high-quality software delivery.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers in the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and UX/UI Designers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Programming Languages: Expert proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, R, and Java.
• Deep Learning Frameworks: Mastery of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras for building and training neural networks.
• Algorithm Implementation: Advanced skills in implementing AI algorithms from scratch, optimizing them for specific use cases and performance requirements.
• Data Manipulation: Expertise in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and preprocessing.
• Model Training and Tuning: Ability to train AI models, fine-tune hyperparameters, and perform model validation to achieve optimal performance.
• Testing and Debugging: Skills in testing AI models and applications, identifying bugs, and debugging code to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI models and applications.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 14+ years of experience in full stack development with hands-on expertise in Python, Java, and other languages (e.g., Node.js, Go, or Ruby).
• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable application frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall models.
• Extensive experience with API development, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using tools like Cucumber, Behave, or SpecFlow.
• Strong hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and working with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, perform code reviews, and provide architectural guidance.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient / knowledge of Generative AI frameworks.
• Use or knowledge of Generative AI based code generators e.g. Amazon Q, Claude Code, etc.
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous testing and optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in full stack development to recommend improvements in tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of current trends in the technology space.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to serverless architecture and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration and data-driven application development.
• Knowledge of security best practices in application development using SOLID Principals, including OWASP guidelines.
• Certification in relevant technologies such as AWS Solutions Architect, Java, or Python.
• Experience with GraphQL API design and implementation.
• Exposure to performance optimization, load balancing, and caching techniques
