Full Stack Development are involved in full stack development and implement end-to-end components of custom applications. Their job involves designing and developing the UI, business logic, data & integration layer along with testing and maintenance of these layers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- They are adept in the use of tools and technologies across tiers, and are proficient in working with systems infrastructure, creating, querying & manipulating databases, APIs and integration, Front-end code (HTML/CSS, bootstrap, React JS, Angular JS) and web stack back-end technologies (PHP, Python, Java, ruby on rails etc.).
- They have a sound understanding of CI/CD processes, agile development.
- They possess deep understanding of programming fundamentals and can learn new frameworks, languages and tools as required on projects.

ROLE SUMMARY
Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing dynamic and scalable applications using Python, Java, and other modern programming languages. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, API design and development, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and hands-on implementation and testing experience. This role provides an opportunity to work on exciting projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while honing your technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications using Python, Java, and modern frameworks.
- Participate in the design and development of APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party services.
- Implement BDD practices and collaborate with QA teams for automated testing.
- Contribute to all stages of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work closely with senior developers and architects to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of issues in development and production environments.
- Ensure code quality by adhering to coding standards and participating in code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- AI libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- AI API development and Front-end AI integrations.
- MLOps basics for deployment.
- Understanding and use of AI Code Generators.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development using Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Good understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile development practices.
- Experience in implementing and working with BDD tools such as Cucumber, Behave, or SpecFlow.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to serverless technologies and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with GraphQL APIs.
- Basic understanding of security best practices in application development.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.
- Certification in Python, Java, or cloud technologies
