Job Description

As a Content Strategist you’ll help create and execute content strategies that strengthen the Traveloka brand. In this role, you’ll work closely with various teams to ensure our brand story is reflected consistently across all campaigns and materials. This is a collaborative position that combines research, creativity, and attention to detail to support the team’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with owning Traveloka’s brand voice, tone, and positioning to align with business goals.

  • Leads collaboration efforts across social media marketing, influencer management and creative teams to bring insights and consistency to projects.

  • Uses research and audience data to help guide content decisions.

  • Collaborates with content creators to develop engaging materials for different platforms and audiences.

  • Ensures content strategies meet the specific needs of each platform, region, and target audience.

  • Fosters cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to maintain alignment with brand messaging and guidelines.

  • Collects and analyzes feedback from marketing teams to improve content quality and effectiveness.

  • Monitors and reports on key brand performance metrics like awareness and familiarity.

  • Stays informed about content trends and best practices to help improve team outputs.

  • Strategically connects Traveloka’s products and solutions to the brand narrative, reinforcing its value and differentiation in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media and content marketing.

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation & communication skills.

  • Proven success in the ability to drive organic growth through creative and data-informed content strategies.

  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing and digital channel optimization.

  • Skilled in interpreting and analyzing data to effectively communicate performance insights and - Provide evidence-based recommendations to all stakeholders.

  • Experience managing content in markets at varying levels of maturity, with a track record of successfully adapting strategies based on unique market demands.

  • Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring and leading a team, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders and team members.
