Job Title: Business Analytics Lead
Location: Indonesia, Jakarta
About the role:
Business Analytics Lead drives decision-making, enhances consumer / customer experiences, and targets marketing and sales efficiency and business growth by interpreting complex data sets.
How you will contribute:
- Establish groundwork for strategic decision-making by uncovering trends and insights that can guide business strategies and improve outcomes based on available dataset.
- Collect, automate, & manage high quality data (accurate, consistent, reliable) throughout lifecycle, which is critical for making valid and trustworthy decisions
- Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights & develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments
- Improving campaign efficiency both in consumer & HCP by identifying areas of inefficiency within operations, scale up best practices, organize streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Enhancing Customer Experiences by analysing customer data to allow understanding on customer feedback, behaviours and preferences, leading to improved products and services.
- Navigate business performance in relation with relevant market data, identify area of growth & mitigate potential risk, feed related department with analytics & recommendation.
- Operate sales target setting and inventory management in collaboration with sales, supply chain, and demand planning.
- Short/long term performance optimization project management
What you bring to Takeda:
- Three or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst / manager.
- Possess a solid foundation in data analysis and practical experience with statistical / visualization tools (such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, power BI, Tableau) and skills in data analysis languages.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics or a comparable discipline or background with prior experience in data analysis. Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare business is advantageous.
- Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights for marketing and sales growth.
- Skilled at transforming complexity into clear, structured and well-organized processes
- Customer centric focus with strong understanding of customer journey mapping and design
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business environment and business needs
- Experience in implementing customer feedback loops and initiatives
- Proven Project Management skills
- Strong team player with mindset of curiosity and learning agility
- Open minded, motivating personality with drive and initiative
- Experience in Commercial Excellence / Marketing / Business analysis is a plus
- Experience in digital consumer marketing & omnichannel marketing is a plus
