Essential Job Functions:

  • Work on competency frameworks to identify and assess critical skills and behaviors.
  • Contribute to the development of employee career pathways and success profiles.
  • Identify high-potential talent through various assessment methods, such as interviews, psychometric tests, and performance reviews.
  • Design and deliver talent development programs tailored to different levels of leadership.
  • Support the enhancement & implementation of performance management, promotions, and talent review processes.
  • Help maintain talent databases and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of talent initiatives.
  • Lead and manage talent-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  • IT services industry background is a good-to-have.
  • Work experience in atleast some of these topics is a must - strategic human resources, talent development, performance management, Competency Frameworks, Career Mapping/pathing/ Career Growth, Succession Planning, leadership development, organizational development, psychometrics, Promotions Management.
  • Consulting background in the above topics is also fine.
  • Good Communication skills - spoken and written—are a must (the role will be interacting with global stakeholders from across AMS, Europe & APJMEA)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Other (Optional) Qualifications:

  • Experience with talent management tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of global HR practices and trends.
  • Related certification(s) in the areas of talent, career and performance management.
