Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for an ambitious finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. As a part of Global Financial Controlling, you'll be reporting into the IHQ Financial Controller and will be a key business partner to partners across the globe.
What's on the Menu?
- Leading the finance function for a number of strategic and holding entities within Kraft Heinz to ensure all deliverables and deadlines for the month end close are met
- Delivery of timely & accurate financial analysis, forecasting and budget
- Responsible for preparation of the statutory financial statements for all the strategic and holding entities which are either under IFRS and local GAAPs and coordination of external audits
- Supporting in dividend and cash repatriation across the International Zone
- Understand & give financial support & partnering for all strategic initiatives within these entities
- Preparation of materials for board meeting and strategic meetings
- Working with business units and project managers as their finance support
- Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards
- Analysis of past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and making recommendations
- Working with tax and treasury team on a number of projects
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an UK Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position .
Essential
- Newly qualified accountant
- Strong technical accounting foundations, analytical skills and ability to drill into more complex areas
- Ability to partner with the business & provide financial expertise
- Experience of preparing statutory accounts
- Advanced Excel skills
- Being pro-active and having the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS
Desirable
- Knowledge of US GAAP and Dutch GAAP
- Knowledge of transfer pricing principles
- Knowledge of SAP and HFM systems will be advantageous
- Experience in public accounting
