Description:
The Stock Controller (SC) is a people and consumer focused leader who is supportive of an inclusive environment. With direction from the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the SC enables an effective and efficient operation by maintaining the highest levels of stock accuracy.
You'll join the Site Management Team, partnering with key collaborators within a fast-paced environment. You will take responsibility for stock accuracy at the Telford factory and minimise the discrepancies between SAP system and reality.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Adhere to the cycle count calendar, performing stock counts with integrity and performing root cause analysis when necessary
  • Keep stock count files up to date
  • Make vital adjustments in SAP system to correct stock discrepancies when identified
  • Proactively propose and implement solutions to tackle the root causes of stock inaccuracy
  • Occasionally cover the role of Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Administrator or Warehouse Manager
  • Ensure all return stock from production is returned accurately on SAP system
  • Effectively engage with the creation or modification of Standard Operating Procedures, or Work Instructions
  • Lead on implementation of planning KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) pillar and improvement of supply chain planning practices and procedures
  • Liaise with external resources such as other Kraft Heinz factories or third-party service providers to resolve IT related issues and document resolution
  • Attend stock related meetings as required


Qualifications and Experience

  • Constantly seeking areas for improvement and ways to reduce complexity
  • Strives for continuous learning to keep skills current
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to strict deadlines, with impressive planning skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in SAP desirable
