The Corporate Finance & Strategy team serves as a trusted advisor to the company, informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses & thought partnership. We are looking for a bright, driven individual who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and support our team, enabling the company to scale as we propel the business from the billion to the multi-billion revenue era.
In this role, you will be a part of the P&L Consolidations team within the Corporate Finance & Strategy team. As part of your role, you will need to collaborate across all of our Finance & Strategy (F&S) functional teams and the broader finance organization. In addition to supporting the monthly reporting, analysis and forecasting process, you will have the opportunity to prepare financial data for the Board of Directors. Most of your work will involve high-profile and high-visibility deliverables, with the ultimate audience being our CFO, SVP of Finance, and the Board. We are a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately. This team has a proven track record of developing and launching some of our most promising finance talent.
Responsibilities:

Support the consolidated financial planning processes, including monthly close/forecast, quarterly forecast, annual planning, and long range plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Collaborate with cross functional teams (accounting, treasury, and the wider Finance & Strategy team) to align on P&L forecasts and strategic initiatives in support of executive presentations.

Coordinate across teams to assess forecasts for accuracy, reasonableness, and feasibility.

Assist in preparation of reports and presentations for executive and cross-functional stakeholders with an ability to communicate complex data in a concise, actionable manner.

Implement improvements and automation to streamline current processes, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize financial systems.

Tackle new and evolving priorities for the team, including ad hoc analyses.

Organize and maintain source of truth for close and forecast data, ensuring accuracy of data.

Support hand-off of processes to our Finance center of excellence.

Document existing processes in coordination with the broader Corporate team.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting

4+ years of relevant FP&A or Financial Modeling experience

Highly adept in Excel and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides). Working knowledge of NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive, or other planning tools a plus

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data issues/needs quickly.

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate complex analytics, goals, and recommendations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

Positive attitude with high aptitude to learn new things quickly. Team player eager to further develop and grow with us.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail - “get it done” attitude.
Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
