Your responsibilities:
-
Manage the process of collecting, processing, and analyzing compensation and policy data.
-
Lead off-cycle and process improvement projects using LEAN methodology.
-
Cooperate closely with colleagues not only in Warsaw, but also across various Mercer offices globally.
-
Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
-
Review work performed by other colleagues.
-
Train colleagues on survey methodology, tools and processes.
Our requirements:
-
Communicative/Fluent command of written and spoken English.
-
Analytical skills with a proven track record of working with comprehensive numerical data.
-
Experience working with large and complex databases and the ability to understand how they function will be preferred.
-
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, assume ownership of tasks, and effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
-
Strong organizational and time management skills: experience in working to tight deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Be confident, self-motivated, and take a proactive approach to work without the need for constant supervision.
-
Experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable.
-
Availability for a full-time position (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. – 4-6 p.m. / tailored to your needs and in agreement with your manager).
