Join the Thomson Reuters enterprise Risk Management function, part of Risk & Compliance to help build, deploy and operate a TR customer diligence (KYC) capability, focusing on identifying risks associated with selling products and provisioning access to TR content and intellectual property.

About the role

In this opportunity, as a Senior Analyst, Customer Diligence (KYC) you will:

• Operate and execute Customer Diligence (KYC) relevant processes, including identity verification, customer screening, etc. following a defined process and utilizing dedicated tooling.
• Work closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Product Sales, Commercial Excellence and other business functions, to ensure smooth process delivery and timely escalation.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) program and the associated projects.
• Support Third Party Risk Management activities, such as supplier and partnership diligence.
• Identify and escalate materially relevant issues, identified as part of your day-to-day duty.

About you 

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

• You're naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and strive for excellence. You have a strong analytical mindset.
• You understand risk and compliance, sales processes, due diligence, customer screening and KYC processes.
• You speak fluent English and communicate effectively and efficiently.
• You have more than 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Compliance and Risk Management is your forte and you're comfortable working with GRC tooling and processes.
• You have experience with sales, sourcing, procurement, contract management and relevant processes in a global entity.
