Who are we hiring?
The Senior Analyst Business Intelligence is part of a team responsible for the design and development of the People Practices analytics framework and data infrastructure with a focus on workforce analytics. The BI team provides analytical services and solutions to business leaders and stakeholders to proactively inform business decisions and strategy for our venues. The Senior Analyst meets frequently with leadership to discuss needs and requirements and translate them into intuitive information reports, dashboards and visualizations. The Senior Analyst consults with business users regarding the use and management of data as well as work on the design, maintenance, and completion of highly visible organizational projects with the aim of creating efficient solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the field of statistics, research, and analytics, and well versed in all aspects of an enterprise-wide analytics architecture including data integration, data modeling, and data management.
What will you do?
- Partner with business stakeholders to define their business intelligence needs and develop solutions for delivering against them.
- Perform data analysis and identify business trends that can be turned into actionable insights.
- Communicates findings to department and business leaders via formal presentations and provides standard reporting on a periodic, quarterly, and/or annual basis.
- Partner with enterprise data architects to define data requirements of business intelligence visualizations and tools.
- Leverage full range of Tableau platform technologies to design and implement production ready solutions and create advanced BI visualizations.
- Champion utilization of business intelligence technology across functional roles throughout the organization
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize data visualizations and other self-service tools to provide actionable insights that enhance business decision making.
- Set up tools and processes for effective data management.
- Develop and provides documentation, training, and support for clients.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years Business Intelligence experience. Statistics, Research, Process Transformation or Project Management background is a plus.
- 3+ years of SQL, Tableau. Python required. R is a plus.
- Experience in implementation of end-to-end BI life-cycle projects.
- Skilled at manipulating and managing large, complex databases, spreadsheets and queries, and generating complex organizational metrics into terms that can be understood by a broader audience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with data analysis functions.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Keen attention to detail with strong quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated capacity to solve problems and enhance reporting.
- Strong relationship skills and ability to build alignment among customers and key stakeholders with demonstrated experience influencing without authority.
- Self-starter with ability to solve ambiguous/ open ended business challenges
- Must have experience in Agile reports delivery methodology.

Pay Range
$75,000—$125,000 USD
