Responsibilities:
Key responsibilties:
- Safeguard all legal requirements of local and international accounting rules.
- Perform postings in the area of responsibility:
- inbound and assembling/MIRO, other vendors (cons), fixed assets (local GAAP), miscellaneous (cons), bank, accruals.
- Management of
- IC balances (uploads and reconciliations in Coupa)
- monthly reconciliation of subledgers (AR/AP/CP) to GL
- payment entries for approval into Coupa
- Responsible for proper execution of credit management internal rules (debtors’ credit limit, debtors’ aging, dunning procedure).
- Safeguard adherence of the local processes to the internal compliance guidelines
Additional Responsibilities
- Providing input to all change projects like SAP upgrades or new processes.
- Safeguard all requirements of segregation of duties for the company in the area of responsibility.
- Involvement in internal and external audits
- Masterdata management in close cooperation with sales or purchasing department.
- Preparing and reporting all tax relevant information and transactions (VAT, Other Taxes, CIT, Local Tax) of the company state authorities.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
- Fluent English written and spoken to communicate with FHCS group wide contacts
Experience in finance and accounting area (>5 years)
Specific knowledge
- HU GAAP and IFRS Accounting
- FI module of SAP
Understand different business models for FHCS Consumer / Professional
