Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of experience or a Semi-Qualified CA with 6-8 years of experience who possesses a strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS), Goods and Services Tax (GST), Corporate Tax, and Other Compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, enabling them to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Knowledge of banking operations and secretarial compliance would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with IND-AS and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Handle GST compliance, including filing returns and ensuring timely payment of taxes.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
- Manage secretarial and compliance activities and ensuring adherence to the Companies Act and other regulatory frameworks.
- Liaise with banks for various banking operations, including account management and fund transfers.
- Assist in audits (internal/external) by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Support the finance team in various ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, or Semi-Qualified CA with 6-8 years’ experience.
- Strong knowledge of IND-AS, GST, Corporate Tax, Secretarial compliance, and Banking operations.
- Understanding of accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables etc.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
