As a Senior Accountant, you will report directly to the Director of Accounting and Tax. Your primary responsibilities will focus on managing operational activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will be responsible for processing day-to-day accounting transactions, ensuring records are precise and complete, and adhering to financial policies and controls. This role is essential in supporting the company's financial operations and maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices through vouchering against POs, coding and booking Non-PO invoices, and tracking and monitoring invoice payments to ensure timely processing of invoices
- Responsible for all aspects of accounts receivables, including posting all daily revenues transactions, apply checks, chargebacks, and various credit memos into the AR system, including record keeping
- Resolving parked/blocked AP invoices through investigation of issue and working with end users to resolve reasons for parked/block status to ensure timely resolution
- Monitoring and reconciling key supplier account statements periodically, communicating with supplier contacts, as well as ensuring invoices overall are processed accurately and paid timely
- Assist with quarterly and month-end closing, including performing account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, record keeping, and other financial closing related tasks
- Provide support for internal and external audits, as well as requests from the HQ
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data, records, files, etc.
- Address ad hoc requests as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above major in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Demonstrated 3+ years working experience in Accounting, preferably in publicly traded companies, prior CPA firm/ Big 4 experience highly desirable
- Comprehensive understanding and strong intuitions in internal controls
- Experience in managing PTP/AP and AR processes preferred
- Experience in working with global ERP (SAP S4 Hana preferred) and AP automation (Ariba preferred) systems perferred
- Expert in using Excel is a must
- Ability to work independently and collaborate crossfunctionally
- Demonstrate curiocity, critical thinking, strong analytical and ability to proactively problem solving
- Clear communication skills both in writing and verbally
- The best candidate should be a team player, a self starter, and a fast learner, highly organized with strong attention to detail and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and always seeking path for process improvements
