The Role and the Team
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our fast-paced, high performing team in Sunnyvale, CA. This individual will be an integral part of the accounting team. This role will report to the Director, Accounting and have general ledger responsibilities including, but not limited to, Cash, Prepaids, Inventory, Accruals, Fixed Assets, and Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end close procedures. In addition, there will be analysis and special projects as needed by upper management. The ideal candidate will have experience in all these areas. Job Requirements
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures, i.e. journal entries and account reconciliations
- Oversee and manage day-to-day accounts receivable cash application in AR subledger
- Manage day to day Fixed Asset accounting, prepare global rollforward, participate in quarterly and annual physical count.
- Knowledge of inventory transactions and inventory analysis, including month end inventory count, reconciliation and roll forward
- Responsible for various accruals at month end and assigned reconciliations
- Prepare various balance sheet and income statement fluctuation analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis for management reporting
- Assist with KPI, metrics and analysis in various areas, including process analysis and system improvement projects
- Assist with process improvement projects in process design, discovery, and testing
- Provide schedules as needed for audit and SOX
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 4 to 5 years of general accounting experience in industry and/or a public accounting firm
- Strong Excel skills required
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong organization and verbal/communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and prioritization skills
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Experience with ERP (MS Dynamics D365) and FloQast is a plus

Base Pay Range: 93,730.00 - 147,290.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 74,550.00 - 117,150.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 66,640.00 - 104,720.00 USD
