Your day-to-day will entail:

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing, collections, and cash applications.

• Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports, and implement effective collection strategies.

• Reconcile AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.

• Work with large data sets, analyzing them, identifying deficiencies, and making process improvements in collaboration with the IT team.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including the analysis of journal entries and financial results.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
   

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or completed courses in accounting.

• 5+ years experience in accounting.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data.

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with MS Dynamics will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Monthly salary EUR 2,300–2,700 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills.
