This role will involve working on all employee engagement and internal communications initiatives for a key client.
Job responsibilities
1. Works with clients and teams to achieve business objectives that yield measurable business results.
2. Provides strategy, vision and continuous improvement to advance relationships with key clients.
3. Supports on all internal communications initiatives, drafting key content and ensuring key client’s expectations are exceeded.
4. Identifies best practice employee engagement initiatives and shares intelligence, as well as creates strategies to support client objectives with internal audiences.
5. Support talent development via learning and development, mentoring and career pathing.
6. Supports business development for client work, and the creation of a dedicated practice.
7. Reach the hearts and minds of clients’ employees to bring them along on a journey with an equal mix of art and science (process, tools, behavior analytics); create a compelling experience that shifts mindsets and behaviors to drive long term impact.
8. Helps shape culture on behalf of clients.
