The Market Management and Product Expansion Team serves as the market leaders with deep knowledge of 'ocal requirements and needs helping shape product strategy for market and expand the Treasury Services footprint.
As a Product Manager within the JP Morgan's Treasury Services' Product Management team, you will be responsible for implementing the firm's strategy, product capability and development in United Arab Emirates as well as more broadly supporting the Treasury Services franchise in the Middle East region. The role involves implementing the firm's strategy, product capability, and development in the UAE, supporting the Treasury Services franchise in the Middle East, and collaborating with various stakeholder groups. This role is crucial in shaping product strategy and expanding the Treasury Services footprint.
Job Responsibilities

  • Owns and support Product roll out and market adoption.
  • Serves as 'voice of the market' to ensure regulatory requirements & needs of clients, partners, Sales are prioritized.
  • Supports EMEA Product management with required market approvals and requirements (local government, regulators and regional nuances).
  • Develops and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Tailors and executes commercialisation activities and collateral to fit / resonate with the market.
  • Ensures Product is ready to release in the market by obtaining sign off, interfacing with Regulators, and working with partners to vet 'local' readiness
  • Stays informed about industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assumes responsibilty for growth market by advocating for expansion and driving business targets
  • Represents J.P. Morgan Payments in front of the Regulators, Industry events and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and thought leadership


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Able to demonstrate the required level of experience in Treasury Services, Corporate Banking, and relationship management
  • Possesses knowledge and understanding of Payments products.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated track record in successfully leading large scale programs which have organization wide impact, through collaborative efforts with other constituents who may have different backgrounds, risk understanding, skill sets and priorities.
  • Familiarity with payment systems and protocols and Product management - Channels, Liquidity, Core Cash etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a time-sensitive environment while multi-tasking is a must have.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation skills.
  • Superb attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Effective collaboration, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially minded individual with creative problem solving, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
  • High level of financial literacy is essential from understanding of Asset / Liability, Balance Sheet, Large Exposure and deposit placement, Risk stripes.
