The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Account Manager to manage high-value accounts and lead client strategy within our Emerging Markets Verticial. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with key clients, overseeing complex projects, and driving account growth through strategic recommendations. You will collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention. If you have a proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering exceptional client experiences, this role offers the opportunity to take on a leadership role in client management.
Key Accountabilities:

Oversee and manage high-value client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Develop and execute strategic account development plans that align with client goals and objectives, ensuring long-term success.

Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews, delivering insights and recommendations to drive value.

Manage the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, technical, and business development, to ensure client needs are met.

Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, presenting tailored solutions and services to increase revenue.

Negotiate and renew contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client.

Analyse client performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for continued improvement.

Mentor junior account managers and support their professional development through guidance and training.
Minimum Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in account management, client services, or a related role within the Cybersecurity industry

Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and drive client success.

Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when dealing with senior client stakeholders.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and project management software.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and lead client strategy.
