As an Senior Account Executive with WURSTA, you will act as a dedicated solution-oriented advisor for our customers. You will build long-term, trusting relationships with clients, understand their technology needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within your territory.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop and present the client’s proposals. 
  • Manage the relationship with Google Field Sales Representatives (FSRs)
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize company profitability.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all client communications, including detailed meeting notes.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results, annual forecasts).
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status. (CRM)
  • Manage challenging client requests and resolve issue escalations as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in client services or a solution sales role.
  • Experience in technology solutions or agency environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or cloud computing technologies is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is highly desired.
  • Use of Salesforce to create, manage and report opportunities. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Meet your peers: After that, you'll meet with the team for 60 minutes. This is a great opportunity to see the team dynamic and ask any questions you have.

  • Meet with our Cofounders: Finally, you'll meet with our Cofounders for 30 minutes. This is a chance to hear their story and learn more about the company's culture.
  • Get a decision: We'll get back to you within the week to let you know what's next.
