What does this role involve:

  • You will be managing and optimizing sponsored campaigns in Google Ads to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • You will update campaigns based on product changes and availability
  • You will automate processes to improve operational efficiency and streamline
  • You will conduct A/B tests, implement data-driven solutions, and develop long-term strategies to ensure sustained growth in performance metrics
  • You will monitor competitor activities, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, B2B customer support, product development, and technology
  • On a daily basis, you will balance creative and analytical approaches to deliver high-quality performance under time pressure

We are looking for people who:

  • Have experience in managing SEM campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking with the ability to budget, forecast, and analyze campaign performance
  • Are adaptable to changing conditions, open to process improvements, and skilled in creative problem-solving and process design
  • Effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders while managing time and meeting deadlines
  • Are proficient with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, and market analysis platforms like SEMrush or Similarweb
  • Are fluent in English (B2) and Polish (C1)
