We're seeking innovative problem solvers to join our growing Paid Search Marketing (SEM) team in which you can own the SEM strategy and/or implement the strategy for Nike while continuing to innovate and forge a path within the SEM channel. We are looking for agile individuals who have a passion for SEM and are eager for engaging challenges that will help shape the search landscape for our clients and the industry. Responsibilities

  • Exceed client goals and by leading paid search initiatives
  • Serve as a primary contact for SEM client relationships
  • Help execute search programs and participate in thought leadership
  • Lead SEM strategies hand-in-hand with other PMG team members and the client
  • Provide quality assurance, technical guidance, and tactical support
  • Coach junior team members

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of related work experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and training skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to provide thought leadership within the search landscape
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL
  • Self-motivated and likes to learn new tools and technology
