How you contribute to our success
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and manage a team of SDRs, who are responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The SDR Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales pipeline by setting clear goals, providing effective coaching, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds lead generation targets. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, a track record of success in sales development or similar roles, and strong leadership abilities.
Success for this position is defined by meeting team goals for sourced Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Responsibilities to the team, our clients and community
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to ensure their personal and professional success.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the SDR team to ensure targets for lead generation, outreach, and meetings are consistently met or exceeded.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to the SDR team, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine SDR processes and strategies to improve efficiency, lead qualification, and pipeline quality.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for the team and individual reps. Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance and progress toward sales goals.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and overall go-to-market strategy.
- Ensure the SDR team is effectively qualifying leads according to the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP) and handing off marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team.
- Ensure all SDR activities are properly documented in the CRM system, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Lead the hiring, onboarding, and continuous improvement of SDR talent to maintain a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
- Ability to track performance metrics and make data-drive decisions to improve team performance and outcomes.
- Experience with HubSpot
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience & Education needed for success in this role
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role
- 1-2 years in a leadership/management position
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, or related field
Physical & Working Environment
- Normal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
- Position requires occasional bending, squatting, twisting and climbing stairs. There are minimal exposures to workplace hazards.
