About the role:

The Scrum Master is responsible for building and facilitating a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team (typically 8-10 members) of developers, QA, and automation testers within the SAFe Agile Scrum framework. They will provide coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day oversight of the Scrum process to ensure adherence to Agile best practices, enabling the team to reach its full potential and self-manage.

Key responsibilities include owning sprint planning, fostering a self-organized team, and facilitating essential processes such as backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master will also remove impediments that block the team's progress, ensuring all deliverables are completed within the sprint. This global role requires collaboration with resources from across the world.

What you'll do:

  • Own and establish agile values, methods, principles, and practices for product delivery within the team.

  • Build, coach, and mentor a self-organized team, ensuring adherence to agile standards and best practices.

  • Lead Sprint ceremonies, including daily standups, retrospectives, Sprint planning, and user story refinement.

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog management to ensure effective Sprint planning.

  • Work with other Scrum Masters in Scrum of Scrums meetings to manage dependencies.

  • Ensure the agreed user stories are delivered within each Sprint.

  • Remove impediments in collaboration with key stakeholders.

What we're kindly looking for:

  • 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree with Computer Science, Information Systems or Business field of study required.

  • Other Education / Certifications: Certified Scrum Master
