Description

You will be responsible for guiding and coaching our Scrum teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver quality A2MAC1 Platform products and services to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with the product owners to support the successful operation of the Agile delivery process and to ensure epics, stories, and Sprint items are effectively translated into actionable tasks for the development teams.

Experience required:

- Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master, with a recognized Scrum Master certification

- Knowledgeable of Agile frameworks and methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and understanding of software development lifecycles, project management principles and practices)

- Ability to exemplify and promote Agile values and principles and adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation techniques and measuring Agile KPIs

- Able to facilitate and support all Scrum ceremonies (e.g. Spring Planning, Standup, Sprint Review and Retrospective)

- Coaching Scrum teams in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, effective communication, and decision making

- Removing impediments, conflicts and issues preventing Sprint progress

- Contributing to Agile center of excellence to advance and improve Agile practices across the Technology team

- Supporting the product owner and Scrum teams to deliver quality products and services to achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in an IT or computer science discipline

- Excellent English (French a bonus) communication skills, able to facilitate, negotiate and coach

- Creative thinker, able to provide innovative solutions to problems

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Self-motivated and willing to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and taking responsibility for delivery
